Experience for yourself a constellation of spectacular, sparkling, breathtaking bespoke cocktails, some old favourites others new discoveries, conceived and concocted by the internationally renowned bar manager and mixologist Christos Kyriakidis.

Christos has been a cocktail consultant for theWelsh premium whisky brand, Penderyn, and participated in many UK finals including the 2010 World Class UK Final and represented Wales in Imbibe’s Battle of Britain competition.

Mojo represents quality, contrasts, art, creativity, and the culture of cuisine, where local ingredients play a pivotal role in the kitchen.

The FoodBar’s head chef, serves up medium-sized dishes, sharing hot plates and amazing seafood straight out of the ocean.

Mojo’s five and seven-course taster menus come highly recommended, and change according to the season – with one foot dipping its toes in tradition and the other solidly planted in contemporary, taking the best culinary practices and creating new food experiences with pure and natural flavours.
The menus offer pretty much something for everyone depending on the time of day – whether it’s for lunch, dinner, a snack at the bar or afternoon tea.
