Complexion Medispa in Caerleon officially opened their doors in January this year with a three-day launch event that was a sold out success. Guest’s feedback on their initial feelings was impressive, plus there were high levels of treatment bookings, product sales and gift voucher purchases.

Clare Sawkins, owner of the Medispa, believes a five star experience is what makes Complexion a favoured choice for their clients and here she tells Voice what this means.

‘We can’t afford to offer a second-rate product or service. Today’s clients are discerning and they expect the best.We respect that they are making a choice to spend their money with us and in recognition of this we’ve invested in state of the art, high-end equipment, we pride ourselves in being fully Health Inspectorate Wales approved and registered and we strive to keep our therapists and Doctors abreast of the latest treatments, products and safety procedures in the market.

Clare highlighted how once state of the art treatments, available to only a few, are now becoming more mainstream and affordable.
’Only a few years ago clients generally visited spas sporadically for indulgent pamper sessions. Nowadays there is much more awareness on people wanting to look their best all of the time.Whether that’s through beauty, skin, laser or hair removing techniques Complexion Medispa has invested in having the expertise, training and technology to create opportunities for clients to experience this feel good factor as a matter of course and not just as a rare indulgence.’
