Now in its 9th year the Cardiff based international film festival continues to boast the World’s largest LGBT short film prize and at £30,000, thanks to the generous support of the Michael Bishop Foundation, it has a world-wide reputation for identifying and nurturing new talent.

However if you thought the festival was just short films you would be mistaken. The 2015 programme boasts 18 feature films, many screening in the UK for the first time.

Below we’ve selected our top three, including the rugby themed opening night film Scrum, which co-insides with the Rugby World Cup. The full programme and tickets are available from www.irisprize.org
