Established by Mark and Deborah Jordan in 1999, this family owned studio workshop has gone from strength to strength during the past two decades, firmly establishing itself as one of the best independent Jewellers in South East Wales.

The business will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this August, so Voice caught up with Mark to find out what the past twenty years have been like.

“It doesn’t feel like twenty years ago when we first opened, but the past two decades have been great for us – time flies when you’re having fun as they say,” Mark told Voice.

“To have been able to realise a dream, a jewellery shop that offers something different from the norm on the High Street, has always been a great personal achievement for me, especially when I get to do something that I love for a living.

“I’m very lucky in that I get to be creative daily, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of seeing people’s joyous reactions to seeing the commissioned pieces I’ve been asked to make for them.

“Over the years we have been very fortunate to have built up a long list of returning clientele, who love to keep us on our toes, whether its repairing their favourite pieces of jewellery or transforming family heirlooms into something new.

“I think the reason why we have such a broad customer base is that our store offers something for everyone, with prices ranging from £30 up to £10,000 – all budgets and tastes are easily catered for.

“During the past twenty years we’ve seen jewellery trends change many times, but the most current popular option for our customers this year must be white gold or platinum, especially for engagement and wedding rings.

“We have a fantastic range of engagement and wedding rings available this summer, why not pop in and have a look of what’s on offer?”

As Mark has already mentioned, Jordan Jewellery offers handmade and quality items at very affordable prices and budgets to suit, with this award-winning team priding themselves on a friendly and well-informed service.

There’s a wide range of beautiful and unique jewellery on display – choose from gold, silver or platinum in contemporary and classic designs.

Mark, Deborah and Lee are constantly creating new designs and unique items, which are exclusive to the store, making for a once-in-a-lifetime piece for any occasion – they are specialists in creating bespoke wedding and engagement rings.

Also, from their on-site workshop, they not only offer a design commission service but additionally offer repairs and alterations, such as simple chain repairs and ring size alterations to stone setting and complete restorations.

So, if you have an idea in mind and want to make it a reality, why not give Mark and his team at Jordan Jewellery a call?
